Our story

Two backgrounds, one conviction.

Equal Generosity Ventures was founded on a simple observation: the organizations doing the hardest work in the world deserve technology built to the same standard as the world's best companies.

How it started

From the field and from the codebase.

Our Co-Founder & CEO, Wevyn Muganda, spent nearly a decade across Africa, Southeast Asia, the United States, and global policy spaces — leading programmes, building institutions, and forging partnerships that advance gender equality, youth engagement, governance, and peacebuilding. Again and again, she saw capable organisations held back by fragmented systems and tools that were never built for how they actually work.

Our Co-Founder & CTO, Ajay Pandirkar, spent eight-plus years architecting enterprise platforms — including products used by more than a million people — and saw the opposite problem: the engineering standard taken for granted in commercial software rarely reaches the institutions that need accountability the most.

Equal Generosity Ventures was founded to close that gap. We pair deep sector expertise with engineering excellence to build technology that strengthens institutions, enables responsible innovation, and creates lasting public value — starting with our flagship venture, Field2Donor.
